Manuscripts should be in English and the paper format should have double line spacing, 2.5 cm margins (all four sides), times new roman font style, 10 font size for normal text; 10 (bold) for headings and 12 (bold) for title of the manuscript.

Articles should be organized as: article title, author's name and institutional affiliations, abstract and keywords, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, conclusions, and references. Papers should have not more than 5000 & not less than 3500 words, including figures, tables, and references. References should be in APA sixth edition.

 

Author guidelines

• The authors are responsible to make sure the submitted material has not been published or submitted somewhere else.
• Authors should strictly follow publication ethics such as the submitted work should be original, the data presented in the paper should not be tempered or false.
• Authors of accepted papers are also responsible to submit copyright forms journal has the authority to share published work with partners.

Peer-review policy

The submitted manuscript will be received by the editor. The quality of submitted work will be checked by the editor at the desk review stage. If the quality of the paper meets the set standards of the journal, then it will be sent to at least two reviewers for a peer-review process and in case if the submitted work could not pass quality check at the desk review stage it will be rejected by the editor. Authors will be informed about immediate rejection. The editor will provide the final decision on the basis of review results. SJHSE has the policy that accepted paper has to be recommended by at least two reviewers.

Submission Process

The manuscript can be submitted electronically by registering online and submitting the paper using SJHSE website. The received paper will be acknowledged by sending the assigned paper number. The authors can submit the manuscript in a simple MS word file. The manuscript will be changed into a journal format after acceptance. There is no limit to the number of pages.

Open Access Policy

In order to enhance accessibility of published papers, SJHSE is made an open access journal. The open access policy means all the published papers are freely available online.
